I am happy to embark upon my 15th year as a member of the Yreka High School teaching community. English and Language Arts are an important part of individual success, and I work with each student to bring out their strengths in communication, including reading, writing, and public speaking. In addition to enjoying the creativity of writers and poets, I love bellydancing (which I teach at College of the Siskiyous in Yreka too!), geocaching, and spending time with my adorable puppy, Sigil!
If you are in one of my English classes, send me an email explaining the puppy's name- it might even be worth extra credit! :)
